Following in her mother's footsteps, literally, is what Avery is doing. Avery joined the track and field team at her school. Whenever I see Avery run I am reminded of all those years of watching Brooke compete at WSU. Avery looks just the same: skinny long legs, determined face, and loving to talk with everyone of her friends. I think we have reincarnated Brooke. Avery did very well in her first track meet, winning her heat in the 100 m and winning the long jump (Avery said around 10 feet). We are proud of her.

Congrats to Avery on her wins!
I asked Olivia is she saw Avery at the meet and she said yes but didn't think Avery remembered her.
How can Avery be that old? Winning must just run in your blood. Congrats Avery!
How fun to pass on Brooke's talented genes! It has got to be fun to start watching your kids do sports. We miss you Cottles!
Avery is such the little Brooke with a Brady twist. Happy Mothers Day, Brooke. We love you.
Hey Brady, I tagged you so don't be a stink and participate :)
What does that mean. "Tagged"? I guess I'm not up on what that means. I have seen them, but don't know the "rules."
